This project was a complete overhaul of a hillside property — updating an older layout while preserving the character of the site. The homeowners wanted to keep the natural boulders, slope, and long views intact, while improving function and style. The design included a remodeled pool, spa, and patio, plus new lighting and planting — all carefully integrated into the slope. The result is a seamless blend of old and new.
