We will assign a designer who will guide you through the design and material selection process. We will meet you at your home to gather information and get photographs, then present the initial design to you in our showroom. As part of our service, we will assist you in the selection of plants, lights, patio materials, pool finishes, pool coping, and related items, which are incorporated into the final design.

Approved plans are drafted in AutoCAD with precise dimensions, plan elevations and section drawings where required. Plans include all design elements —pool, patio, planting, hardscape, lighting, turf, and specialty features. Material schedules include a comprehensive list of all required building materials, their quantities, and specifications.

We submit a comprehensive written proposal for the installation of your pool and landscape in a clear format with detailed pricing information. Changes to the work can be made at your request, which is documented with a written change order specifying the change and the cost.

After completion, the team conducts a walkthrough with you. Systems are tested, and manufacturer warranties and manuals are delivered to you. Our team will show you how to use your pools, spa, water feature, outdoor kitchen, and how to operate the WiFi connected smart controllers.

Properly sized Pentair variable-speed pumps, balanced plumbing, and Paramount in-floor cleaning systems that help reduce cleaning, keep water clear, and stabilize water temperature.
Pentair WiFi-connected controls for lights, pumps, heaters, and salt chlorination, managed from your phone. The same controller can also manage landscape lighting, water features, and electronic-start fire features. Salt with UV/ozone supplementation cuts chemical demand for softer, clearer water.
Full kitchens with grill, side burner, refrigeration, pizza ovens, sink, and plenty of under counter storage. Gas fire features around the pool or on the patio - the difference between using the yard six months a year and twelve.

Yes. As a licensed pool contractor (and licensed landscape contractor) we provide a turnkey construction process including design, permitting, excavation, plumbing, steel and shotcrete, gas and electrical, pool coping and patio, equipment start-up and Owner training. We also install the landscape and other hardscape features, all with the same designer and project coordinator.
Absolutely. We always consider the home's architecture (for new construction and existing homes) when designing pools and landscapes.
There are many options including but not limited to smart controllers, in-floor cleaning systems for pool, spa and troughs, standard gas or propane heaters, high efficiency heaters, pool and spa covers, bubblers, water features, upgraded tile and interior pool finishes, color LED lights, ultra violet and ozone water sanitation to reduce the amount of chemicals used.
Most pools take 2 to 3 months to build from start of excavation to completion. Larger pools and more complicated pools may take longer. The pool and spa proposal will include a projected start date and completion date.
Yes. We can retrofit an existing pool with a new spa. We also remodel existing pool and spa with new tile, interior finishes and other features.
Yes. As part of our pool and spa design service, we always provide a 3D design for review so you can visualize the entire space.
